 ROSTER UPDATES - If you have been emailing the cdpwroster@cdpw.org email address, I apologize; about 10 minutes ago I found out that there was a problem with the account and the mail was not being routed to me. The problem has been corrected and I am now back "on the net" as far as these emails are concerned. I will be triaging the emails and answering as appropriate.

Cheer Squads and Flag Football Teams ONLY!!!  -  When you are satisfied that your rosters are ready for approval, you may approve them at the Association Level. This is a change from last year!

Student Demonstrators - I've just confirmed that Student Demonstrators MUST be entered as STAFF and not as a participant. The software still allows you to enter them as a participant, but the roster will not validate if you do it this way. 

Coach Trainees - Coach Trainees must still be entered as participants. The LeagueOne software still does not allow you to enter more than 1 per squad. I have again this year requested that this be reviewed with National PW and am awaiting a response; in the meantime, pleases only enter 1 Coach Trainee.

Cub Cheer - I incorrectly advised some of you that Cub Cheer should be added as Cub / Novice; the software still does not allow this option. Please enter our Cub Cheer squads as Tiny-Mite / Novice.

Reminders and Tips

  • Team Naming will be as follows - Association Name (or Abbreviation) Mascot Name (Titans, Patriots, Scotties, etc.) then Division (PW, SPW, etc.). For example -

    Albany Titans (PW)
    Albany Titans (SPW)
    So. Troy Trojan Warriors (SJM)
    SG Junior Titans (PW)

    Division Abbreviations
    SCUB = Cub Cheer
    CUB = Flag Football
    SJPW = Jr. Peewee Cheer
    JPW = Jr. Peewee Football
    SPW = Peewee Cheer
    PW = Peewee Football
    SJM = Jr. Midget Cheer
    JM = Jr. Midget Football
    SM = Midget Cheer
    M = Midget Football
     

  • Please remember that all CDPW Teams are Division II (i.e. NOT Division I).
